Information on the allocation of places

We are pleased that you would like to have your child cared for in one of our centers and ask you to complete the form below. By doing so, you are registering your child for the allocation of places for the kindergarten year from September 2025.

Registration in principle is for all centers. We can only allocate places for the daycare center and kindergarten within the scope of the places that become available. As our school children usually leave us at the end of August, most places are not available until the new kindergarten year in September/October. If you absolutely need to start at a different time, please let us know the requested start date.

Please note:

• The deadline for registration is 31st January 2025. Only children who are registered by this date can be considered for the allocation of places. An earlier registration is not mandatory.
• Once you have registered, you will receive an access code via e-mail at the beginning of February, which you can use to log in to a protected area on our homepage. You must complete your registration there by 21st February 2025.
• We can only consider your request for a childcare place if the data is complete by this deadline.
• You will receive a confirmation or rejection of your place by the end of April at the latest.

If you do not complete your data on our homepage after your initiative registration, we will assume that you no longer require a place and will delete your data within 2 months.
